Introduction

Heat-shock fraction of bovine albumin 20 mg/mL aqueous solution, PCR grade. Suitable for many different molecular biology applications.

Description

A protein stabilizer used during various enzymatic reactions. It prevents adhesion to the reaction tube surface or to pipette surfaces. Nuclease and protease free, pH 7.0.

Application

Long range PCR, RT-PCR, LAMP, cDNA synthesis, sequencing of GC rich templates
