What's new at Protean?

S. aureus Endolysin

In collaboration with our academic partner we launch the production of Endolysin 812, a highly active killer enzyme of the major pathogen S. aureus including MRSA strain. It selectively kills only S. aureus cells leaving other commensal bacteria intact.

Sequence specific protease

We launch production of genetically enhanced form of TEV protease with higher activity and thermal stability. This enzyme shows superior activity/costs ration and is available also in bulk quantities upon request.

A nonspecific nuclease from S. marcescens

We offer higly active nonspecific nuclease (Benzonase® or Supernuclease® equivalent) from Serratia marcescens for DNA and RNA removal and viscosity reduction of cell lysates.

Novel anti-AHP antibodies

We introduce a unique set of monoclonal antibodies against Arabidopsis thaliana phosphotransfer proteins 2-5. These antibodies represent an excellent tool for mapping of multistep phosphorelay signaling in A. thaliana.

New website!

We are pleased to welcome you on our brand new website! We have revamped the look and upgraded our information portal to an e-shop where you can easily purchase recombinant proteins online. Feel free to explore everything we have to offer!
