RNA Stabilization Buffer (RNA Safe, RNA Protect)

Introduction

Aqueous solution, molecular biology grade. Suitable for solubilization and storage of purified RNA. It can be used as a replacement of the elution buffer in silica based purification protocols.

Description

This buffer substantially prolongs the stability of RNA in a solution. It is recommended to incubate solubilized RNA samples 10 min at 60°C for a long-term storage.
