Introduction

Recombinant Human IL-4 is a pleiotropic cytokine produced by activated T cells. It binds to IL-4 receptor and activates STAT6 mediated signaling pathway.

Description

IL-4 regulates the differentiation of helper Th2 cells favoring a humoral immune response. Human IL-4 is a 15 kDa protein containing 130 amino acid residues.
